Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Knowsy ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by General Dynamics Int Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading as "Knowsy" (company no. 14642106), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.

What Knowsy is

Knowsy is an information and location-intelligence tool for real estate in Romania. It aggregates public and licensed data into scores, estimates and reports.

Knowsy does not provide professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Price figures are informative estimates — not official valuations (which in Romania are reserved to ANEVAR-authorised valuers).

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment providers — Stripe on the web, and Apple App Store / Google Play in-app purchase on mobile. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled; you can cancel anytime (in-app, or via your App Store/Google account) and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices include applicable VAT where shown; receipts are issued by the payment provider.

EU right of withdrawal: for digital services, by choosing to start immediately you may consent to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the right is lost once the service is fully performed. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no large-scale scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of data, or unlawful use.

Intellectual property

The app, its design and original content belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party data remains the property of its sources (see Attributions).

Disclaimers

Data and estimates are provided “as is”, may contain errors or gaps, and are for general information only. Always verify independently before making any property decision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email; continued use means acceptance.

Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the EU (including Romania), you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Contact: f.robert@generaldynamics.org.uk.
